  • Hygiene, cleaning, and infection control
  • Safety

Right to Appeal

Students and parents can speak with the school and request improvements to aspects that are not functioning well. These may include:

  • Outdoor areas
  • Indoor climate, lighting conditions, and noise levels

  • Safety
The school must address the request within a reasonable time. If the school does not take action within a reasonable time, you can file a complaint with the municipality centrally. The municipality will assess whether the complaint requires follow-up, such as an inspection. This assessment will result in an individual decision that you can appeal. Such an appeal against the municipality should be sent to the County Governor.
